The Customer Service Representative I is responsible for handling and processing incoming calls and requests from customers. This role involves taking, preparing, tracking, and expediting customer orders and inquiries via phone and in person, completing necessary paperwork for each transaction, and generating reports as needed. The representative will also refer service failure complaints to designated departments for investigation, input information regarding inspections and payments, and prepare basic correspondence with customers. Additionally, this position may involve maintaining a cash drawer and processing cash payments.
