About The Position

Molly Maid of Chicago North Shore is seeking a new Bilingual Customer Service Representative/Field Support to join their growing team. This role offers training and opportunities for advancement. The position is full-time with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The base rate is $17-$18/hr, with the potential to earn upwards of $20/hr through an incentive program after a 90-day probationary period. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is required
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
  • Complete a background check
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Comfortable with a computer and technology
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior cleaning, sales, or supervisory experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Growing and retaining customers by answering phone calls and booking estimates and cleans.
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
  • Promoting company culture and teamwork.
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs through managing phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Cheerfully resolving customer concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Assisting the office in providing field support to cleaning teams.
  • Acting as a backup for onsite customer estimates.
  • Performing onsite customer estimates using a proven sales system and knowledge of cleaning quality.
  • Returning customer calls and responding to customer complaints.
  • Performing quality checks using a proven checklist to ensure cleaning staff uphold standards.
  • Preparation and launch of field staff in the morning for their scheduled cleans.
  • Planning and managing daily route schedules.
