Requirements

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • A friendly, polished phone presence
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Demonstrate strong spelling and typing skills
  • Comfortable multitasking while handling calls
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Meet work-from-home requirements, including: A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions
  • High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • Flexible and able to work the required schedule
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer incoming calls for a variety of businesses
