About The Position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for carrying out all customer service activities, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner. This role also involves various clerical duties such as phone responsibilities, greeting visitors, and scheduling. The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish language
  • High school diploma
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must be friendly and positive
  • Professional phone and customer service etiquette

Responsibilities

  • Process and input customer orders and purchase orders
  • Check for product availability
  • Assist Account Managers with orders and special requests
  • Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation and operations department
  • Ensure proper invoicing of accounts including issuing credits
  • Work with Accounts Receivable about customer accounts
  • Answer phone calls, keep up with daily emails and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties
  • Assist General Manager as needed
  • Other general office duties as assigned
