About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, Spanish-speaking professional to serve as a key communication bridge across our Sales, Service, and Body Shop departments . This role is critical to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for our Spanish-speaking customers while supporting dealership operations and driving customer satisfaction. This is not a single-department role — this position operates across the entire dealership and plays a direct role in improving customer experience, retention, and overall performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple departments
  • High level of professionalism and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers across all departments
  • Translate and clearly communicate vehicle information, repair recommendations, and purchase details
  • Assist customers throughout the entire dealership journey — from arrival to delivery
  • Support service advisors with Spanish-speaking customers during write-ups and approvals
  • Explain repair orders, recommendations, and timelines in Spanish
  • Assist body shop with estimate communication and status updates
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist sales consultants with Spanish-speaking customers during the sales process
  • Help explain pricing, financing, features, and delivery details
  • Support internet leads, inbound calls, and appointment setting for Spanish-speaking prospects
  • Handle Spanish-speaking inbound calls and digital leads
  • Assist with documentation, forms, and delivery paperwork
  • Support CSI follow-up and retention efforts for Spanish-speaking customers
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across departments
