ESL is currently seeking Bilingual Tellers to provide excellent customer service through identifying member needs effectively, efficiently, and accurately while building relationships with ESL members. Requirements
- High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking proficiency required
- A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs
- Positive attitude
- Good computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop
- Passion to work with and help people
- Confidence to recommend products and services
- Ability to remain flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- 6-12 months of Teller experience preferred
- Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
- Advanced education preferred
- Demonstrate alignment with ESL’s Core Values, mission, vision, and Purpose to help our community thrive and prosper
