About The Position

ESL is currently seeking Bilingual Tellers to provide excellent customer service through identifying member needs effectively, efficiently, and accurately while building relationships with ESL members. Requirements

  • High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking proficiency required
  • A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs
  • Positive attitude
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop
  • Passion to work with and help people
  • Confidence to recommend products and services
  • Ability to remain flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • 6-12 months of Teller experience preferred
  • Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Advanced education preferred
