About The Position

SouthernCarlson is seeking a Bilingual Counter Sales Representative (CSR) to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time role is the primary point of contact for customers at the branch, responsible for understanding their needs, recommending appropriate products, and delivering exceptional service. The CSR will also support daily operations, prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain the showroom. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Strong math skills with ability to calculate pricing and margins
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience in construction supply, building materials, or related industry preferred
Knowledge of fasteners, power tools, or pneumatic systems is a plus
Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Provide in-person and phone support to customers by identifying needs and recommending the right products
Build relationships with customers by delivering knowledgeable, high-energy service
Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to drive sales growth
Prepare quotes and process orders accurately using ERP systems
Stay up to date on product lines, vendor offerings, and construction industry trends
Maintain showroom organization, stock levels, and promotional displays
Coordinate with outside sales, service teams, and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction
