About The Position

The Consumer Affairs Coordinator handles consumer inquiries and high‑visibility escalations—investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, administering goodwill when appropriate, and documenting all cases in Salesforce. They also analyze trends, ensure timely follow‑ups to maintain customer satisfaction, and support internal stakeholders while reporting to the Manager, Contact Centres and Consumer Affairs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience in a Contact Centre or Case Management environment.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience handling executive-level escalations.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and guide others on complex case handling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive, media, and social-media escalations by investigating cases, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, and documenting all actions in Salesforce.
  • Communicate outcomes to stakeholders, recommend goodwill when appropriate, and ensure seamless case handoffs.
  • Conduct follow-ups to confirm consumer satisfaction and adhere to case closure metrics.
  • Analyze trends in consumer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and propose process enhancements.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and act as backup support to team members as required.
