About The Position

At CAPITAL Services, our Collections team partners with customers to create collaborative payment solutions while delivering exceptional service. Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (included in starting wage of $19.55/hr)
• Ability to provide patient, empathetic support
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively through phone interactions
• Ability to analyze account details to identify the best resolution for each customer
• Ability to negotiate and collaborate to resolve payment-related concerns
• Ability to consistently meet performance and quality goals
