Terros Health is seeking a licensed Bilingual Clinician fluent in Spanish to join our team at the Stapley Health Center in Mesa, AZ. Requirements

  • Must possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline, i.e. MA, MC, MSW.
  • Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or eligible for Arizona license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Must pass background check in accordance with Terros Health and DCS requirements including, but not limited to, no restraining orders within the last 10 years.
  • Must have ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary and appropriate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass a Drug Screen and TB Test.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is Required.
  • Patient Population - Primarily Spanish Speaking.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience Treating Co-Occurring Disorders Preferred
  • Experience with DV Groups (Probationers) or Treatment is a Plus
  • Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient counseling services which may include adults, children, adolescents, families, couples and groups using the Triple Aim framework of “Better health for the population, better care for the individual and lower cost per capita."
  • Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Ability to determine and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family to improve overall health.
  • Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices.
  • Thorough understanding of clinical documentation requirements and procedures; Charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
  • Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
  • Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.
  • Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.
