Eliot's Family-based Intensive Treatment (FIT) services will offer short term intensive treatment for higher acuity children, youth and families for whom more traditional outpatient services may not be effective or accessible. A FIT Team is composed of highly trained Clinicians, Care Managers and Family Partners, that will work closely with a family at least three times each week, including individual, caregiver and family sessions, skills coaching and care coordination support. The FIT Team will be trained to deliver innovative and evidence-based clinical care anchored in Values Based Transdiagnostic treatment. The ideal candidate for the Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Clinician is a dedicated and flexible clinician with strong experience in providing in-home, community-based therapeutic services to children and families with complex behavioral health needs. They are skilled in crisis intervention, safety planning, and evidence-based treatment approaches, and can effectively collaborate with diverse professionals and community partners to support positive outcomes for families.
