Requirements

  • Master's in Social Work or equivalent field with relevant licensure/certification.
  • Two years' experience in mental health, preferably in an urban setting.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, fostering a warm and inclusive therapeutic atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Creole.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and eligible for full-time employment on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting initial assessments and treatment planning.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and coordinating care.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and meeting productivity benchmarks.
  • Providing services in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all.
