The Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health is currently recruiting for a bilingual Clinical Therapist I/II position located in Desert Hot Springs. The bilingual Clinical Therapist I/II provides direct services to at-risk youth and their families, with the identified client being the youth referred for support. The role involves delivering comprehensive case management, crisis intervention, risk assessments, conflict resolution, and applying client-centered, solution-focused therapeutic approaches. The bilingual Clinical Therapist I/II must be able to collaborate effectively with a large multidisciplinary treatment team and be comfortable conducting field-based work, including driving county vehicles and entering client homes, which may include environments with multiple pets. The youth served often present with mental health diagnoses, substance use challenges, legal involvement, gang association, and probation requirements, and the Clinical Therapist will work closely with both the youth and their families to promote stability, safety, and positive change. Bilingual level I required - Speaking This recruitment is eligible for a 10% DTR differential that is applied to hours worked. At any time, this differential can be removed. The work schedule for this position will be discussed during the interview.
