  • Personal injury or legal intake experience is a strong plus at least 1-2 years
  • Ability to manage confidential and emotionally sensitive information with professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Maintain calm, empathy, and professionalism during emotional conversations
  • Support approved prospects through electronic intake and onboarding steps
  • Screen and qualify potential cases based on intake guidelines
  • Answer inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and text messages promptly
  • Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and properly documented
  • Schedule qualified leads for free case reviews with legal staff
  • Enter and maintain client information within the CRM system
  • Complete intake forms accurately and thoroughly
  • Gather and document detailed information related to accidents or injuries
