Provide casework services and advocate for clients in the Holocaust Survivor Program. This role involves conducting intakes, screening clients for entitlements and benefits, assessing clients in various settings, and developing care plans. The Case Manager will also provide supportive counseling, maintain communication with clients and their families, and manage case notes and statistics using the program's data system. Active participation in supervision and staff meetings is expected, as is facilitating group activities. Adherence to organizational standards, including mandatory annual trainings, is required.
