About The Position
We’re hiring compassionate, dependable English/Spanish-speaking caregivers for two client assignments: one in Brier Creek and one in Coats. Both clients require maximum assistance with personal care and daily activities. If you have experience providing substantial hands-on care and a commitment to helping clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected at home, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Experience caring for clients who require maximum assistance.
- Ability to safely perform assigned care tasks using required equipment and assistance.
- Dependability, patience, and respectful communication.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned client’s home.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs.
- Provide mobility, repositioning, and transfer assistance according to the client’s care plan and required safety procedures.
- Assist with meals and light housekeeping related to client care.
- Communicate with the client in Spanish and with the care team in English.
- Document care provided and promptly report changes or concerns.
