About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare's Caregivers are essential in providing personalized care tailored to each client's needs within their homes. The company seeks compassionate individuals who want to make a difference and feel fulfilled in their roles. This position involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring they can remain in their homes while maintaining their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are customized for individuals of all ages and conditions, including those recovering from illness or injury, living with chronic disabilities, or experiencing aging. Services offered include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management for older adults, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
