About The Position

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced psychiatrists with native Cantonese fluency, advanced English proficiency, and strong expertise in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, case documentation, and culturally informed mental-health practice to contribute to advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives. Selected professionals will develop and evaluate complex psychiatric cases, review AI-generated reasoning in mental-health contexts, create bilingual psychiatric materials, and provide expert feedback grounded in clinical practice, cultural sensitivity, and ethical standards. No prior AI experience is required; psychiatric expertise and bilingual communication are the primary qualifications.

Requirements

  • Medical degree such as MD, MBBS, or equivalent
  • Completed psychiatry residency
  • Valid medical licence
  • Native fluency in Cantonese
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment and treatment planning
  • Strong background in psychiatric case documentation
  • Experience working within Cantonese-speaking clinical environments
  • Strong understanding of culturally informed mental-health practice
  • Ability to apply ethical reasoning to complex psychiatric scenarios
  • Familiarity with both Western and Cantonese psychiatric frameworks
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience developing teaching materials, case studies, or research content

Responsibilities

  • Develop realistic and complex psychiatric case studies
  • Evaluate cases for clinical accuracy and completeness
  • Apply professional judgement to diagnostic and treatment-related scenarios
  • Identify weak, incomplete, or inappropriate psychiatric reasoning
  • Incorporate culturally relevant context into case development
  • Review psychological and psychiatric assessment materials

  • Assess whether psychiatric interpretations are appropriately supported

  • Develop bilingual frameworks for psychiatric information exchange
  • Preserve clinical meaning when communicating across languages
  • Refine complex psychiatric terminology for linguistic accuracy
  • Ensure cultural and clinical fidelity throughout bilingual materials
  • Evaluate AI-generated content involving psychiatric and mental-health topics
  • Review analytical methods used by AI systems in clinical scenarios
  • Identify inaccurate, unsafe, or poorly contextualised psychiatric reasoning
