About The Position
Gainwell Technologies is hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives throughout the United States to join our growing customer service team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position within the United States. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while assisting members with questions about their healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable assisting customers professionally in both languages.
- At least one year of experience working in a call center or contact center environment assisting customers by phone.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone.
- Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist members by phone with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and available services.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish.
- Research member questions, resolve concerns, and help members understand their next steps.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
- Work with teammates and leadership to provide a positive customer experience.
