Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluency in English and a second language (bilingual) is essential.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in computer and internet usage, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous.
  • Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed visits.
  • Coordinate customer questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain up-to-date hot sheets.
  • Confirm special order parts with relevant departments.
  • Follow up with phone and internet sales leads to generate new business.
  • Manage paperwork, records, and necessary documentation efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
