About The Position

Galliant is hiring bilingual team members for our Benson area clinic in Omaha. We are proudly BCBA-D owned and operated, ensuring a clinical culture that truly prioritizes employee support, continuous learning, and neurodiversity-affirming care for all families in our central Omaha community. As a Bilingual Behavior Technician or RBT working one-on-one with children with Autism in a supportive clinic setting, you will deliver high-quality, 1-on-on therapy sessions designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication in both English and Spanish. You will support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. You will also help bridge caregiver communication for native Spanish-speaking families during center drop-offs and clinical updates, and use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

  • Experience in early childhood education, daycare, paraprofessional roles, caregiving, DSP/CNA, retail, or hospitality with a desire to earn your RBT credential on the job (starting at $19.00–$20.00/hr).
  • High school diploma, GED, or higher.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
  • Reliable, compassionate, high-energy, and ready to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
