As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Representative at Ron Tonkin Hyundai, you will play a key role in helping customers navigate the vehicle-buying process while delivering an exceptional dealership experience. Requirements

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customers
Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible retail schedule
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Assist customers throughout the automotive sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
Communicate effectively with English- and bilingual-speaking customers to ensure a positive buying experience
Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in dealership CRM systems
Stay current on Hyundai products, promotions, and industry trends
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
