Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network as part of the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role involves participating in the delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially. The Associate Personal Banker will assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. They will receive direction from managers, exercise judgment within defined policies, and develop an understanding of bank products and services to connect with customer needs. This SAFE position requires customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, necessitating compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations, including meeting Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
