The Arizona Humane Society is looking for a compassionate individual to join our Animal Assistance team and work full time at our Papago Park Campus Thursday - Monday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. The Bilingual Animal Assistance Specialist is responsible for providing an excellent experience for pets and people at every interaction. This role assists with the intake of owned and stray animals, provides surrender-prevention resources when possible, and supports end-of-life services when needed. The Bilingual Animal Assistance Specialist also supports the Field Operations team when pets are referred for over-the-counter surrender, including large-scale intakes and sick or injured animals. In addition, this role provides return-to-owner services and assists pet owners in locating their lost pets. As a key AHS storyteller, the Bilingual Animal Assistance Specialist educates and inspires the community by sharing AHS's mission, values, and the resources available to help pets and the people who love them.
