About The Position

As a Bilingual AI Software Development Engineer at AspenView Technology Partners, you will lead technical solution design and execution across multiple AI initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security, Developers, and cross-functional governance teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and ethical AI solutions. You will also help advance cloud and microservices adoption while identifying AI-driven opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, platform stability, and client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent related field.
• 2+ years of experience with AI or generative AI frameworks and products.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) and Jira.
• Hands-on experience across generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant AI, cloud, or software engineering certifications are considered an asset; certifications are not required.
• Working knowledge of LLMs and API integration.
• Proficiency across modern architecture domains, including cloud platforms and microservices-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical solution design and execution for multiple AI initiatives.
• Apply next-generation architecture understanding to enable seamless migration to cloud platforms and microservices-based environments.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Developers to deliver scalable and resilient AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to support ethical AI solutions.
• Proactively recommend AI-driven improvements to delivery efficiency, platform stability, and client experience.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, generative AI, analytics, and automation.
