About The Position
Handle inbound customer calls, resolve general inquiries, and provide information regarding policies and accounts.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Advanced English (B2/C1)
- Computer skills
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Must live in Tijuana or nearby areas
- Must not have previously worked at Seguros Confíe (rehire eligibility may be reviewed)
