About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service‑driven Account Manager to join a leading Canadian brokerage services provider that supports independent Portfolio Managers and IIROC‑registered Introducing Brokers across the country. This role is part of a collaborative Service Delivery Team responsible for providing exceptional day‑to‑day support to a portfolio of wealth management clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or early‑career professional with a strong foundation in investments, registered plans, and client service—especially those looking to grow within the wealth management industry.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years in investment or wealth management (brokerage, teller, middle office, advisory support, etc.).
  • Hands‑on exposure to: Registered plans, Mutual funds, Transfers, Estates, General wealth products
  • Strong communication skills in English and French (verbal & written).
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Comfort working under SLAs and managing competing priorities.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
  • Able to drive process improvements and suggest operational enhancements.

Nice To Haves

  • CSC, CPH, or IFIC completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal operational teams to ensure seamless execution of service requests.
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and platforms that impact clients’ day‑to‑day operations.
  • Ensure prompt, thorough resolution of client issues, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Keep clients informed of new products, developments, and service offerings relevant to their business.
  • Attend and represent the organization at client meetings and business functions.
  • Conduct regular client check‑ins, documenting service issues, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow‑through.
  • Support a wide range of operational workflows, including trades, settlements, transfers, reorgs, and system access.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
