About The Position

Levitt-Safety is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Bilingual Federal Government Account Manager to support and grow our Federal Government business within the National Capital Region (NCR). This is a hybrid account management, inside sales, and bid coordination role where you'll manage customer relationships while coordinating RFPs, bids, standing offers, and proposals. You'll gather information from internal stakeholders, prepare compliant submissions, and ensure deadlines are met - all while supporting sales of our safety products and services. This opportunity is ideal for someone in the Ottawa area who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and has experience supporting Canadian Federal Government procurement.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, bid coordination, proposals, or sales administration
  • Experience preparing RFPs, bids, tenders, or proposal submissions
  • Knowledge of Canadian Federal Government procurement, including PWGSC, standing offers, supply arrangements, and tender portals
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while coordinating information across several teams
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in industrial safety, PPE, gas detection, instrumentation, or technical products
  • Knowledge of contract pricing, margins, and pricing approvals
  • Familiarity with federal compliance and procurement documentation

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Federal Government accounts within the NCR
  • Serve as the primary contact for quotations, standing offers, orders, and procurement inquiries
  • Coordinate and prepare RFPs, bids, tenders, and proposal submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
  • Gather technical and pricing information from internal teams to develop complete bid packages
  • Track federal opportunities through procurement portals and support standing offers and supply arrangements
  • Prepare quotations, maintain pricing, and ensure contract compliance
  • Maintain opportunity tracking and customer activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Pricing, and Service teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Participate in customer meetings and contribute to a Think Team First culture
