About The Role This is a full-cycle Account Executive position that will play an integral role in generating revenue across the Relay Payments suite of products, including expanding our reach and impact with Spanish-speaking carriers and fleets across the industry. You’ll be selling Relay’s platform to small and medium sized trucking fleets to help them save time and entirely eliminate fraud. We’re growing this team to support the largest segment within this industry and help the 20,000+ carrier fleets within the US who are looking to eliminate fraud in their business.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience (as an Account Executive or BDR).
  • Daily prospecting to build qualified pipeline feels natural to you.
  • Know how to effectively manage shorter sales cycles (30 days or less) and win deals at volume (5-6+ closed won deals per month).
  • Excellent communicator in both Spanish and English.
  • Answer questions succinctly and informatively and always prioritize the customer experience.
  • Able to work onsite at our Cobb-Galleria office three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience selling FinTech products or Freight preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own your pipeline.
  • Effectively outbound prospect to gain new customer business.
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to running the sales playbook and closing revenue.
  • Convey our product value in concise and streamlined conversations to deliver business results quickly.
  • Collaborate with customer implementation teams to ensure new customers are onboarded properly.
  • Communicate customer feedback and process improvements to ensure the success of our new products.
  • Own Spanish-language customer engagement across the sales process, building trust with Spanish-speaking carriers and fleets through clear communication, relationship development, and a deep understanding of their operational needs.
