About The Position

This role is responsible for the protection of all store property, including inventory procedures, order form verification, daily walk-throughs, and alarm system usage. The specialist will manage all monies received by the store and associates in the field, ensuring proper cash handling and control procedures. They will also administer company policies and procedures, accurately report all company transactions, and work to increase store business and maintain non-renewed account standards. A key aspect of the role involves learning, retaining, and applying all taught procedures related to the rent-to-own business. The position requires ensuring company vehicles are used according to policy and performing weekly Vehicle Maintenance Reports.

Requirements

  • Must be able to speak in English and Spanish.
  • Must have a high school diploma, NOT A GED.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Must be a good communicator, and good math skills.
  • Must be able to lift and carry loads up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
  • Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to read, write and perform arithmetic functions quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to reason and make independent decisions.
  • Ability to manage situations with customers and associates.
  • Ability to perform all subordinate job functions.
  • Must be physically fit for this job.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the protection of all store property including the proper in/out procedures for inventory, proper documentation and verification of order forms, daily walk-through, and proper use of store alarm.
  • Responsible for all monies received by the store and an associate in the field including proper cash handling and control procedures.
  • Responsible for the administration of all company policies and procedures in the store.
  • Responsible for the accurate reporting of all company transactions.
  • Responsible for the increase of store business and maintaining of stores' non-renewed account standards.
  • Ensures that Vehicle Maintenance Reports are performed on a weekly basis.
  • Must be able to learn, retain and apply everything you are taught.
  • Work to ensure you and your team use company vehicles per company policy.
