About The Position
Join the Crystal Lodge Team as a Bike Valet – Summer 2026! The Crystal Lodge is looking for a Full-Time Bike Valet to join our Front Desk team for a seasonal summer contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to earn extra cash over the summer or for anyone who loves biking and wants to share that passion with our guests!
Requirements
- Previous guest service experience is required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping guests.
- Strong knowledge of Whistler, especially Whistler Blackcomb.
- Able to lift bikes up to 40 lbs and push a bell cart.
- Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Available for the full summer season (May - end of September)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through the oversight of the bike valet.
- Store and retrieve guest bikes safely and efficiently.
- Share your knowledge of Whistler, Whistler Blackcomb, trail conditions, and weather with guests.
- Assist guests with referrals, requests, and general inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Bike Room.
- Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist other departments as needed.
- Support Crystal Lodge’s environmental initiatives, including waste separation, energy and water conservation, and green practices.
