About The Position
MAC Pizza is the largest Domino’s franchise in Texas and is looking for passionate individuals to join their team. As a Bike Driver, you will interact directly with customers, providing outstanding service to ensure customer retention. You will use your own bicycle, lock, helmet, lights, and rack to make deliveries within a 1-mile radius. This role requires navigating using maps, locating addresses, and handling deliveries in various conditions, including adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs. You will also be responsible for maintaining your bicycle and equipment to meet safety standards, including proper lighting and braking systems, and adhering to safety regulations. Additionally, you will have access to your tips daily, either in cash or through your paycard. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to operate a bicycle safely.
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate and maintain a bicycle within a 1-mile radius of the store
- Provide own ANSI-certified helmet and necessary bicycling equipment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing
- Physical ability to perform delivery tasks in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with temperature variations
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
