About The Position

Domino’s is hiring an energetic team member to deliver orders on an e-bike and work in the store between deliveries. The role combines customer service and order entry with food preparation, inventory restocking, and facility and equipment upkeep. Paid on-the-job training is provided, and prior experience is not required. The posting offers full-time or part-time shifts and notes that flexible hours may accommodate school schedules.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to ride a bike safely and proficiently.
• Must provide excellent customer service.
• Must be punctual and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and walk on tile and linoleum surfaces.
• Must be able to unload supplies weighing up to 50 lbs and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Must be able to carry ingredients weighing up to 30 lbs and dough trays weighing approximately 12 lbs over short distances.
• Must occasionally climb ladders or stairs and push or pull dollies requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force.
• Must have the motor coordination to rapidly perform precise hand and finger movements, including typing and pizza making.
• Must have near- and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
• Must be able to hear and speak clearly on the telephone.
• Must be able to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, make quick decisions, and interact with customers and crew.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders on an e-bike and work in the store between deliveries.
• Take phone and in-person orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Enter orders accurately using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Prepare pizzas and side items to product standards.
• Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Help keep the facility and equipment clean and ready for operation.
