About The Position

Partner with and support the Biddable Media Team and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of Programmatic, Search, 3PD, and Social Media campaigns for the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role will be responsible for the preparation of digital media assets, ad trafficking, facilitation of billing, and overall campaign monitoring. This includes working with Managers on the critical role of maintaining accurate financial stewardship across the brand portfolio.

Requirements

  • 4 Year Degree Preferred
  • Minimum: 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in marketing and / or media
  • Ability to deliver results
  • Willingness to learn all things digital media
  • Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT will be key)
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor
  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to collaborate closely with team members to solve problems, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Build digital campaigns in Inspire’s Ad Server and prepare campaigns for launch
  • Work collectively with brand creative agencies to QA and implement new creative assets
  • Pull ongoing/regular and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Own the brand lift study process, ensuring questions are approved and provided to partners for implementation
  • Issue ad tags, pixels, trackers, and creative assets to external media partners and internal colleagues
  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance to ensure KPI’s are being met
  • Own end-to-end billing process inclusive of invoice actualization, processing, and ensuring payment
  • Provide ongoing creative and spend/pacing reports
  • Engage with media vendors and media teams to resolve reporting and billing discrepancies
  • Work in partnership with Inspire Brands agency-of-record to align on campaign structure and strategic pacing
  • Work with Inspire resources, Demand Gen team, and vendors to ensure there is no drop off in billing
  • Partner with the analytics team to measure the impact of ongoing campaigns and the effectiveness of the media plans
  • Oversee creative asset delivery from external and internal creative agencies, ensuring digital ads are built and tagged to spec
