As a Bid Manager, you will: Strategy: You’ll lead the response for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. This means identifying the key requirements, defining our differentiators, and building a pricing strategy that actually makes sense. Project Management: You’ll be the central point for Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. You set the timelines, gather the technical info, and make sure the final submittal is accurate and on time. The Content: You’ll oversee the creation of technical solutions and executive summaries. We use proposal automation tools to keep things efficient, and you’ll be responsible for keeping that knowledge base updated. Closing: You’ll help prepare and deliver bid presentations to customers, handle objections, and assist in negotiating contract terms. Review: After the dust settles, you’ll lead debriefs to figure out what worked, what didn’t, and how we win the next one.
