As we continue to scale, we are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are excited to help shape the next era of micromobility. Veo is seeking Repair Technicians to maintain and repair our electric bike and scooter fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands-on problem-solving and want to help make communities safer and more sustainable. Electric vehicle experience is not required. However, experience (professional or hobby-based) repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles is highly valued.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or automotive work
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 80 lbs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated work style
  • Comfortable using smartphone applications and digital tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles
  • Basic knowledge of electronics

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters, ranging from minor adjustments to full motor replacements
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
  • Accurately log and track maintenance records using established processes
  • Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
  • Maintain an organized warehouse and set a positive example for teammates
  • Perform field tasks as needed, including battery swaps and fleet redistribution
  • Support additional operational duties as assigned
