Requirements

1+ year of experience in maintenance, mechanical work, or auto repair
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull scooters/bikes up to 80 lbs
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset
Comfortable using smartphone apps for tracking tasks and repairs
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles
Basic knowledge of electronics or electrical systems
Background in warehouse, logistics, or field operations

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters (from tightening bolts to replacing components such as motors)
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure all vehicles meet safety standards
Log and track maintenance records using internal systems
Monitor and manage inventory levels for spare parts
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Support field operations as needed (battery swaps, scooter redistribution, etc.)
Follow company processes and safety guidelines at all times
Assist with additional warehouse or operational tasks as assigned
