We’re looking for reliable, mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in their work and are ready to support daily fleet maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in maintenance, mechanical work, or auto repair
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull scooters/bikes up to 80 lbs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps for tracking tasks and repairs
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles
  • Basic knowledge of electronics or electrical systems
  • Background in warehouse, logistics, or field operations

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters (from tightening bolts to replacing components such as motors)
  • Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure all vehicles meet safety standards
  • Log and track maintenance records using internal systems
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for spare parts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Support field operations as needed (battery swaps, scooter redistribution, etc.)
  • Follow company processes and safety guidelines at all times
  • Assist with additional warehouse or operational tasks as assigned
