About The Position
This position is for a Sales Associate who will be on the frontlines helping customers enjoy cycling. Responsibilities include assisting customers in finding the perfect bike, tuning rides, learning about cycling industry products, making thoughtful recommendations, and building meaningful relationships with riders in the community. The role operates in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment that highly values hospitality skills. While bike expertise is a plus, the company is eager to train individuals who demonstrate a strong desire to learn and excel at customer service, evaluating needs, and exceeding expectations.
Requirements
- A positive, pitch-right-in attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need
