About The Position

This position, referred to as a Store Manager, involves leading all aspects of the store's daily operations and future planning. The manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, high employee performance, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a passion for people, a desire to make a positive impact, and strong leadership skills to mentor, lead, and inspire the team, all while fostering a fun and successful environment for the community, customers, and employees.
