About The Position
This role is for a Store Manager who will be responsible for leading all aspects of the store's daily operations and future planning. The manager will be accountable for setting high standards for customer experiences, employee performance, and sales targets. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor and inspire a team, and a passion for creating a positive environment for the community, customers, and employees. The company operates eight stores across the southeast and offers competitive wages, benefits, and an employee purchase program.
