About The Position

Primarily responsible to work in Production operating the BIB filling and CO2 filling machines, filling pallets accurately at an efficient rate as determined by management. This role involves the physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment to fill BIB / Off-line responsibilities. The operator will also assist Production in various production job duties to be able to cover employee breaks, and operate industrial power equipment for lifting and moving product. The role requires staging completed pallets in a designated area, and manually lifting and moving product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation of product. Adherence to good manufacturing and safety standards, meeting productivity requirements, and maintaining an orderly and clean work area are essential. The operator must ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Requirements

Demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
One (1) year general work experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and work instruction.
Ability to respond to common inquiries.
This position requires the use of basic math skills to determine appropriate number of materials needed.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions supplied in both written and verbal format.
Close attention to detail required to verify product numbers and date codes.
Basic computer knowledge.
Certified Forklift License.

Prior warehouse experience preferred.
