As a Remote Bilingual Recruiter (English/French), you'll play a direct role in that mission by helping us attract and hire top talent across multiple provinces in Canada. Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Experience working with an ATS, CRM, or recruiting technology platform (Workday experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Self-motivated and highly accountable, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% and work occasional flexible hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies that attract top talent and promote diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Support hiring across multiple Canadian provinces, serving as a recruiting expert in both English and French.
  • Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate communication.
  • Deliver an exceptional hiring manager experience by leading intake meetings, interview calibrations, and selection discussions.
  • Create a positive candidate experience that reflects Lineage's values and employer brand.
  • Leverage recruiting data and performance metrics to drive results and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Represent Lineage at virtual and in-person networking events, career fairs, and talent attraction initiatives.
