Our Lineage Talent Acquisition team is searching for a Regional Recruiter to support our warehouse hiring. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting hourly warehouse roles across multiple provinces. Requirements

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required.
Experience managing multiple requisitions and hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Experience working with an ATS, CRM, or recruiting technology platform (Workday experience preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Self-motivated and highly accountable, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools, including LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Ability to travel up to 10% and work occasional flexible hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop recruiting strategies that attract top talent and promote diverse candidate pipelines.
Support hiring across multiple Canadian provinces, serving as a recruiting expert in both English and French.
Build creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate communication.
Deliver an exceptional hiring manager experience by leading intake meetings, interview calibrations, and selection discussions.
Create a positive candidate experience that reflects Lineage's values and employer brand.
Leverage recruiting data and performance metrics to drive results and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Represent Lineage at virtual and in-person networking events, career fairs, and talent attraction initiatives.
