About The Position
Dr. Rodriguez Audiology & Hearing Center, a privately-owned Audiology practice in Roswell, is seeking a Bi-Lingual (Spanish), Patient Care Coordinator to join their team. They have been helping patients in their community since 2015 and are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. They seek an administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of Audiology. The ideal candidate must be people-oriented, independent, patient-centric with great listening skills, an organized multi-tasker, a self-starter who exudes positive energy, friendly & compassionate, and a great teammate.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
- An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
- Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software
- High School Diploma
- Spanish Speaking Required
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer
Responsibilities
- Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments
- Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
- Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
