As a Bi-Lingual Owner Advocate, you support members in Pasco County, FL by delivering clear, respectful service in English and Spanish while maintaining accurate, compliant transactions. This entry-level, onsite position exists to ensure every member interaction is handled with care, precision, and follow-through. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal/written communication and telephone etiquette; bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong organizational skills, typing/calculator proficiency, and multitasking ability
- Ability to work flexible hours at management’s request
Responsibilities
- Welcome members/visitors and assist with routine credit union account requests
- Process member transactions with accurate cash handling and strong attention to detail
- Explain products/services and route more complex needs to the appropriate teammate
- Maintain documentation and communication using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Collaborate with the team while working independently when needed
