We are currently hiring: Licensed clinical therapists with experience working with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents. Requirements
- Current Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW)
- 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health
- Passionate about supporting others
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week with flexible options for full-time.
- Full-time is considered 25-30 clinical session hours per week.
- Work hours include at least 2 evenings per week until 9pm or 1 evening per week until 9pm and hours on Saturday or Sunday, with at least (8) sessions at prime time: (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends.
Nice To Haves

- Private practice experience
- Background in Community Mental Health or Behavioral Health Hospital
- Registered with CAQH and holds an NPI number
- Specialized training in areas such as Play Therapy, Art Therapy, DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental health counseling and therapy services.
- Work with adults, families, couples, children, and adolescents.
- Offer multilingual care to a diverse community.
- Conduct a minimum of 12 clinical session hours per week.
- Work at least 2 evenings per week until 9 pm or 1 evening per week until 9 pm and hours on Saturday or Sunday.
- Conduct at least 8 sessions at prime time: (5 pm - 9 pm weeknights) or weekends.
