Our Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representatives work directly with Customers to ensure they receive a superior customer experience from the time they purchase in store or online, through to delivery of the product in the home and beyond. Working in our service-center environment, requires friendly and courteous service over the phone, resolving customer issues with minimal supervision, prompt follow up, executing clerical functions in a timely fashion, updating and maintaining all customer service reports and records, and maintaining accurate records for all customer interactions.
