About The Position

Our Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representatives work directly with Customers to ensure they receive a superior customer experience from the time they purchase in store or online, through to delivery of the product in the home and beyond. Working in our service-center environment, requires friendly and courteous service over the phone, resolving customer issues with minimal supervision, prompt follow up, executing clerical functions in a timely fashion, updating and maintaining all customer service reports and records, and maintaining accurate records for all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Must Speak Spanish
  • Qualified candidates will have a steady job history
  • Candidates must have excellent telephone phone communication skills
  • Verbal and written communication, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong computer skills are necessary
  • The ability to project professionalism
  • Must possess a clear and professional speaking voice

Nice To Haves

  • 1 -3 years’ experience in a customer service role is desired but not required
