Advantage is redefining what it means to be a pharmacy for people with serious behavioral health conditions. We specialize in serving patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and related challenges—patients who are often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems. We provide advanced pharmacy services and wraparound care that ensure patients can access and stay on complex medications. We offer in-home and community-based injection support, help patients navigate insurance and prior authorizations, and work closely with providers to overcome barriers to treatment. By strengthening connections between patients, care teams, and support systems, we make it possible for people living with behavioral health challenges to achieve stability and long-term success. Job Overview: Reporting to the VP of Data Analytics, the BI (Business Intelligence) Architect serves as both the architectural lead and a hands-on technical leader for Advantage’s business intelligence and data warehouse environment. This role is responsible for designing and evolving scalable data architecture, integrations, semantic models, and reporting solutions that support clinical, financial, and operational decision-making across the organization. The BI Architect partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable data solutions, while also remaining directly involved in data modeling, ETL development, reporting, performance optimization, and platform administration. This role places strong emphasis on data quality, governance, and the accurate integration of regulated healthcare data across AIMS and other clinical and financial systems.
