About The Position

We are seeking a BI Analyst with experience in Snowflake, QNXT healthcare data, and business intelligence reporting. The role focuses on analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing healthcare and operational data to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders. The analyst will use Snowflake, SQL, and BI tools to create datasets, build dashboards, validate data, and support data-driven decision-making. The position involves developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reports; analyzing QNXT claims, eligibility, provider, and membership data; creating reporting datasets and analytical data models in Snowflake; and performing data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation. The analyst will conduct ad-hoc analysis, monitor business and operational metrics, investigate data quality issues, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. The role requires collaboration with business users, operations teams, and data engineers to understand reporting requirements and support strategic initiatives. Requirements

4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Platform.
Experience working with QNXT healthcare data, including claims, membership, provider, and eligibility data.
Advanced SQL skills for querying, analysis, and data validation.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools.
Strong data reconciliation, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to AWS services such as S3 and Glue.
Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
Understanding of healthcare payer or managed care business processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI.
Analyze QNXT claims, eligibility, provider, and membership datasets to generate business insights.
Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation using Snowflake and SQL.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
Create and manage reporting datasets and analytical data models within Snowflake.
Monitor key business and operational metrics and provide recommendations based on data findings.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.
Support root-cause analysis and data quality initiatives.
Partner with business users, operations teams, and data engineers to understand reporting requirements.
