About The Position

The BI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and validating data from various sources, performing analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and developing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions, translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations, and maintaining documentation while adhering to data governance and security standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and advanced Excel.
• Robust knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data in simple terms.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering.
• Experience with quality checks.
• Ability to have and execute a strategy.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance standards.
• Exposure to AI and AI Monitoring Frameworks.
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and compliance with client's data governance policies.
• Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau to visualize insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supplier Egress, Risk Management, Data Governance) to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic objectives and risk mitigation efforts.
• Maintain documentation of data processes and adhere to privacy and security standards, including PII protection.
